Corvus Coffee is located out of the beautiful Denver, Colorado. The thing that makes them different from other roasters is that they work with single estate and privately owned farms. They work with farmers from Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama, Ethiopia, Kenya, Guatemala, and others.

You guys, I truly believe in promoting companies I believe are making a difference in this world and Corvus Coffee is definitely doing that using coffee! Check out their blog when you get the chance. Make sure to order some of their beans. Personally, my favorite is the Kayon Mountain served hot or cold. It's delicious!
